2jbat Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Playing, Depositing and Withdrawing on Our Platform

1Eligibility

To open and use a 2jbat account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2jbat does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor or close family member of a 2jbat employee or affiliated company. Such individuals are excluded from participating as players.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using 2jbat is legal where you are located. 2jbat makes no representation about the legality of its services in any specific location outside the platform's operating territory.
• You must not be self-excluded from 2jbat or any affiliated platform under an active exclusion agreement.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2Account Registration and Management

The following rules apply to all 2jbat accounts:

• One Account Only. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 2jbat. If duplicate accounts are identified, 2jbat will close all but the oldest verified account and may withhold funds earned through the additional accounts. This applies across all devices and all phone numbers or email addresses.
• Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 2jbat will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain password security.
• Accurate Information. All personal details provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, phone number and payment method — must be accurate and current. Notify 2jbat support immediately if any registered information changes.
• Account Verification. 2jbat may require identity verification at any stage. Requested documents may include a CNIC or B-Form, utility bill, or bank/mobile wallet statement. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended.
• Account Closure. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support at support@2jbat.click. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules. Withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. 2jbat may apply a monthly maintenance deduction to dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a further 6-month dormant period.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2jbat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• 2jbat accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All methods are listed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from another person's account — are not permitted and will be returned.
• 2jbat does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 2jbat's control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 2jbat wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and typically within 30 minutes for bank transfers.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• 2jbat does not charge withdrawal fees. The full requested amount is transferred to your wallet or account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for standard accounts. VIP members receive priority processing with faster turnaround times as outlined in the VIP Club terms.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically received within 10 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours.
• 2jbat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts.
• Funds credited as bonus money must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are detailed in Section 4.

4Bonus and Promotions Policy

2jbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements. Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. The wagering requirement for each specific offer is stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated period will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to hold multiple simultaneous bonuses is not permitted.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, Andar Bahar and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per round is Rs 2,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• VIP Cashback. Weekly cashback earned through the 2jbat VIP Club is credited as real cash with no wagering requirements. This applies only to cashback earned through the VIP programme and not to other promotional offers.
• Abuse of Promotions. 2jbat monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts found to be abusing the promotion system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may be subject to account restrictions.
• Changes to Promotions. 2jbat may modify, pause or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Changes do not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are actively being wagered.

5Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

• Game Rules. Each game on 2jbat has its own specific rules available within the game interface. By participating in any game you confirm that you understand its rules. In the event of a dispute, 2jbat's internal game logs are considered definitive.
• Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification within the platform. Bets that fail to confirm due to a connection issue are not considered placed. 2jbat is not liable for bets that were not successfully received and recorded by its systems.
• Cancellations. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Exceptions apply only in cases of demonstrable technical error that affected the game outcome.
• Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, contact support within 72 hours of the result with the relevant round ID. 2jbat will review the game logs and respond within 5 working days. Decisions reached after internal review are final.
• System Errors. In the event of a technical fault that materially affects a game outcome — such as a server interruption mid-round — 2jbat reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to all participants. 2jbat is not obligated to honour outcomes generated during a confirmed technical fault.
• Esports Betting. Esports markets are settled based on the official result declared by the tournament organiser. If a match is forfeited, abandoned or relocated in a way that affects the market outcome, 2jbat will follow industry-standard settlement procedures as described on the relevant betting page.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2jbat and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, claiming bonuses or managing your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors to your advantage. Such exploitation constitutes a breach of these terms regardless of whether the advantage was gained intentionally or not.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool bonus funds.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose. 2jbat cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigating and reporting suspected financial crimes.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider after funds have been credited and used on 2jbat.
• Sharing account access with another individual, whether a family member, friend or third party for commercial purposes.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any technology designed to conceal your true location or identity on the platform.

7VIP Club Programme

The 2jbat VIP Club operates under the following terms in addition to these general conditions:

• Automatic Enrolment. All registered 2jbat accounts are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier from the date of first deposit. No separate application is required.
• Tier Calculation. VIP tier is calculated based on total wager amount across all games during each calendar month. Tier status is reviewed at the start of the following month and updated automatically.
• Cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding 7-day period and credited every Monday as real PKR cash. Cashback rates are: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 16%, Diamond 20%.
• No Wagering on Cashback. VIP cashback credited through this programme carries no wagering requirements and is immediately withdrawable.

8Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders. Set a time reminder that will notify you when a session reaches your chosen duration.
• Cooling-Off Period. Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account will not accept deposits or bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.

10Limitation of Liability

• 2jbat provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
• 2jbat is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from: a user's inability to access the platform due to network or device issues; delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers; or errors in information provided by the user.
• 2jbat's total liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Changes to These Terms

• Continued use of 2jbat after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
